COVID-19 RESPONSE CENTER

At the moment and with the epidemiological alert traffic lights in green, we remain attentive to local situations and conditions with preventive protocols, however, the crisis protocols are NOT active at the moment in any country in which we operate.

AegisWard® considers that the health and economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic will result in an operational restructuring for much of the world’s industries.

We responded to the crisis by continuously developing comprehensive safety and health prevention protocols, as well as adjusting our risk advisory and audit processes in order to continue safely offering our services to clients with minimal risks for all parties involved.

Starting in March 2020, we immediately adopted an extensive remote work policy and substantially increased our investments in technology. Additionally, we initiated a significant reduction of our office space infrastructure to optimize operating costs and offer widespread discounts to all our clients.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, AegisWard® has dynamically managed its business continuity plan and return to office plan based on the available data from each phase and prioritizing the health and needs of employees and customers.

As of October 1, 2022, all AegisWard® operations have evolved their work model to a hybrid and flexible work scheme with a distribution of 90% remote work and 10% hours from offices.

The new scheme applies to most of our collaborators, regardless of their geographical location.

Services related to safety and health prevention protocols under the parameters of international organizations and guidelines from local authorities (CleanWard®) stopped operating as independent services and some components were integrated into risk advisory and risk mitigation services in chains. of supply from the second half of 2022.

Compliance Never Sleeps.®
